Another year, another trip to Baltimore Comic Con in the books. If you have the chance to go I highly recommend it. It hasn’t evolved into a pop culture/celebrity con like a lot of other cons out there. Yes there were a few celebrity guests there but the vast majority of the people there were comic writers, artists, and sellers. Here are a few pictures I got this weekend.
Thor and Loki
Black Manta
Captain Cold and Red Hood
Detective Comics writer James Tynion IV
Batman writer Tom King
Batwoman
Black Panther artist Brian Stelfreeze
I got some more shots over on my Facebook page Stroke of Genius and my Instagram page robsagenius. As expected Harley Quinn was the most frequent cosplayed character I saw along with Deadpool. Lots of Star Wars guys and gals and plenty of Spider-Man costumes, but not as many Star Trek, Arrow or Avengers people as last year. I got a few books signed and bought a few other things but didn’t go overboard. And I got a good workout walking the convention floor (good walking shoes are a must at any con). So all in all a good time was had and I’m ready for next year.
