As always I hit up Awesome Con every year when they come to DC, buy some stuff, and take some cosplay pictures. I did not get a chance to stop by Friday and meet New Day, but I did meet Christian this year. He’s really cool and took a picture with me and my son. As far as cosolayers there were the usual suspects (Stormtroopers, Jedi, Deadpool, Wonder Woman, Captain America, Batman, Harley Quinn) but I saw a few Black Lightnings this year. I’m guessing there will be more of those next year and some Captain Marvels as well. Here’s some of what I got this year:

I always pick up a few minifigures when I hit a con. This time I got Booster Gold, Nightwing, Sam Wilson Cap America, and Supergirl
This year’s trip was a little shorter than usual but I still had a good time. See you again in September for Baltimore on the convention front.
